Rachel has self-published her first book that launched at the end of 2021 at Burning House Books in Glasgow with a subsequent launch at Tenderbooks at the start 2022 in London and most recently her final book signing in the summer at 'Rolling Papers' book fair at LEBAL in Paris.
The publication is a project that Rachel has been shooting over the last few years which captures people living in Glasgow in their own homes, which aims to rediscover the city through the people living there.
As everyone involved in this project kindly gave up their time to make this happen Rachel will be giving all the profits made from the publication to go to local Glasgow community that she feels are related to the project, an arts organisation and a housing organisation.
First edition of 250 editions with 50 limited editions available. Limited edition includes a 10x12' c-type print, hand printed by Rachel in her darkroom (5 prints to choose from with 10 of each, contact for images).
The book is 58 pages which features 5 fold outs, printed on a mixture of GalerieArt Gloss and Colorplan Pristine White paper. The softcover book with cover text finished with black gloss foil and all saddle stitched.
